Description and Requirements
The Learning Partner is responsible for consulting with the Lines of Business and Global Functions to understand and address the learning needs of the business, and working with the EL&D CoEs to ensure that proposed learning interventions are designed to be relevant to the audience, aligned to defined business objectives, and focused on achieving the desired performance and business impact.
In partnership with HRBPs and Talent Partners, build relationships, consult and strategise with LoB stakeholders on learning solutions to meet business objectives:
Conduct holistic learning needs analysis using EL&D consultancy process, tools and templates to support business strategic performance analysis, change initiatives and associated reporting -Liaise with LoBs to conduct annual learning plan discussions to ensure aggregated, defined and aligned learning plans at regional/LOB level to enable accurate resource and financial forecasting and budgeting, and to leverage corporate curriculum and best practice.
-Consult with LoBs to ensure they are using and maintaining EL&D governance standards -Be a member of an governance committee
-Liaise with appropriate
-CoE partners when tailored solutions are required
-CoE partners when bespoke solutions are required
-Provide business-specific insights and inform CoE learning curriculum based on business knowledge and LoB needs
-Develop and present proposed learning strategies to the business and recommend other non-training interventions as appropriate
-Leverage corporate content and best practices and localise as appropriate to region/country/business/function
-Report to Regional Learning Lead on annual learning progress of LoB clients, including evaluation and scorecard Specific
-This position will be an individual contributor position with no direct reports.
Responsibilities:
-Design LoB specific programme framework (scoping, delivery model, concepts), including pre/post communications and marketing, sponsorship and engagement expectations; leverage GP to design/develop learner-centric, measurable solution Consult with LoB leaders on learning strategy and how to increase learning impact -Coordinate collaboration and delivery of learning solutions to ensure alignment with learning plan -Be a team member on projects that require coordination and business insight between LoBs and CoE resources.
