We’re looking for a strategic marketing professional to join our Greater China Marketing Team as the Marketing Manager for Taiwan and Hong Kong. This full-time role, based in Taipei, Taiwan, is part of the Geo Marketing Organization and will collaborate closely with the Taiwan and Hong Kong Sales Team to drive measurable business impact through event marketing, PR and content marketing.
In this role, you will own the ownership to develop Taiwan and Hong Kong marketing strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to curate and execute high-impact events that generate new business opportunities and increase Taboola’s brand awareness.

Responsibilities and skills:
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Taboola Taiwan and Hong Kong by collaborating with Sales Leadership to drive regional business growth and maximize both immediate and long-term ROI.
- Own sponsored industry events (e.g. IAB Hong Kong event) and hosted events (e.g. tentpole events, roundtables, seminars), from coordinating operations with different internal and external stakeholders, and managing our presence to creating impactful content to drive leads and build awareness
- Plan and execute customer retention activities including client entertainment events and gifting.
- Generate data-driven insights using a variety of tools and platforms to develop public speaking narratives, white papers, and sales collateral.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tier-1 media overseeing PR article production and driving increased media exposure in collaboration with the global PR team and local PR agency.
- Strategically manage social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and proactively explore new platform opportunities.
- Create and distribute engaging content across social media and blogs, working closely with content and design vendors, and ensuring performance metrics are tracked and analyzed.
- Curate captivating video content to attract potential clients and increase Taboola's brand awareness within the Greater China region.
- Strengthen our employer branding to enhance brand awareness and attract top R&D talents.
- Localize and adapt marketing materials into Traditional Chinese, including product updates, sales presentations, vertical-specific content, case studies and market insights.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Mandarin and English. Cantonese is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in owning and leading marketing strategies in a B2B company.
- Thorough understanding of various offline and online marketing channels, including event marketing, content marketing, PR, influencer Marketing.
- Equipped with strong Traditional Chinese writing proficiency, and a willingness to leverage AI tools intelligently to excel in content production.
- Understanding of digital advertising and e-commerce terminology within the Chinese market.
- Exceptional project and time management abilities, including the capability to independently execute complex marketing events.
- A team player who is comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in an ever-changing, international environment.
- Experienced in developing data-driven content by gathering and analyzing insights for content marketing, blog articles, white papers, and sales collateral. Proficient in researching emerging topics and trends to support presentations.
- Willing to travel between Hong Kong & Taiwan is required.(e.g. Once a quarter)
