Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys PureCloud API Developer with expertise in Architect flows, AWS Lambda, JavaScript, Node.js, Snowflake SQL, and Kibana to join our team. This role will focus on creating and maintaining API integrations, developing Lambda functions, managing GitHub repositories, and building user interfaces for cloud-based solutions. As part of the team, you'll work to design and optimize integrations, enhance system functionality, and ensure scalable, high-performance applications.
Responsibilities:
- Genesys PureCloud API Development & Architect Flows:
Develop and maintain Genesys PureCloud APIs to integrate with various systems and build Architect flows for the contact center, optimizing customer experience and workflows. - GitHub Repository Management & Lambda Integration:
Manage and collaborate on GitHub repositories, ensuring version control best practices. Implement AWS Lambda functions to enable serverless integration, automation, and event-driven processing. - JavaScript & Node.js Development:
Develop robust JavaScript applications and Node.js services for backend logic, integration, and automation to enhance the capabilities of Genesys PureCloud and related systems. - Snowflake SQL for Data Management:
Work with Snowflake SQL to create and optimize SQL queries. - Kibana for Monitoring & Reporting:
Design and maintain Kibana dashboards and visualizations to monitor the health, performance, and usage of APIs, Lambda functions, and other cloud-based services in real-time. - User Interface Development with Lambda:
Develop and enhance Lambda-based user interfaces to improve the front-end experience of applications interacting with Genesys PureCloud, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. - Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, system architects, and QA engineers to deliver integrated solutions that meet business requirements and ensure system stability. - Testing & Troubleshooting:
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of APIs, Architect flows, Lambda functions, and user interfaces to ensure they are reliable, secure, and performant. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions. - Documentation & Best Practices:
Document technical specifications, code standards, and integration workflows. Adhere to best practices for software development, version control, and deployment to ensure consistency and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with Genesys PureCloud APIs and Architect flow design.
- Expertise in AWS Lambda for building serverless functions and integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js for backend development and API integration.
- Solid knowledge of Snowflake SQL for simple query creation.
- Experience with Kibana for real-time system monitoring, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
- Experience with Lambda-based user interface development (e.g., building responsive and dynamic UIs for cloud-based applications).
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in API development, cloud integrations, and data management with a focus on Genesys PureCloud and AWS tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- Experience working with cloud-based user interfaces.
- Understanding of data security and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
