In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee all aspects of our store operations – from delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales to managing inventory and developing a high-performing team. Are you ready to lead from the front, inspire a team, and drive success? Black Rifle Coffee Company is seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our Outpost team. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to grow with us, make an impact, and deliver a legendary customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all aspects of store operations: sales, customer service, inventory management, hiring, and staff supervision.

• Take ownership of the store’s P&L, managing expenses, labor, supplies, and inventory to meet profitability goals.

• Champion a customer-first mindset, embedding best practices and training to deliver legendary service.

• Foster a positive and cohesive team environment, adapting to changing business and customer needs.

• Implement company programs effectively, develop action plans, and coach your team to achieve operational objectives.

• Lead by example as a player/coach, modeling behaviors that inspire peak performance..

• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the community through proactive outreach.

• Drive merchandising and marketing strategies within the store.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) or related environment preferred

• 3+ years of management experience in a retail or QSR setting

• Proven ability to meet sales and profitability goals

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• A history of successfully managing and motivating hourly team members

• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising strategies preferred

• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
