Join us in leading the expansion of Tivoli Hotels & Resorts in the Middle East with the exciting development of Tivoli Muscat Hotel & Residences in Oman, located within the thriving LA VIE, Muscat Hills community.

“The 180-key Tivoli Muscat Hotel & Residences will begin development in the Omani capital later this year, with the property slated to launch in 2026.

The new-build property will be located in LA VIE, Muscat Hills, a prominent established mixed-use community strategically located within 10 minutes’ drive of Muscat International Airport. Featuring an 80-key hotel and 100 branded residences, the mixed-use development will overlook the re-opened 18-hole golf course managed by Troon Golf, also including a Toptracer facility, the fourth in the region and first in Oman. The new Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre, Oman Automobile Association and several Ministries are also located close by.

In addition to multiple accommodation options, facilities at the new hotel will include a swimming pool and gym, spa, a ballroom and four meeting rooms. The property will also offer multiple dining options, including SEEN rooftop bar and restaurant, a lobby lounge café, a sports bar and an all-day dining restaurant.

Job Description

Operational & Financial Expertise

  • Strong background in budget planning, P&L management, and financial forecasting.
  • Proven track record of driving profitability, operational efficiency, and ensuring high standards across all departments, including F&B, spa, and wellness.

Leadership & People Management

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in recruiting, training, and motivating diverse teams.
  • Ability to foster a guest-centric culture and achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Skilled in creating and maintaining a positive work environment and addressing operational challenges proactively.

Project & Pre-Opening Management

  • Expertise in managing pre-opening activities, including setting up operational processes, hiring, training, and establishing brand standards.
  • Experience with coordinating construction, design, and operational logistics in collaboration with project management teams.

Guest Services & Brand Alignment

  • Deep commitment to guest satisfaction, brand standards, and upholding the Tivoli and Anantara brand experiences.
  • Strong understanding of luxury and lifestyle brand requirements, with a focus on personalized service and guest loyalty.

Community & Stakeholder Relations

  • Ability to represent the brand with local authorities, stakeholders, and in the community.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining partnerships with neighboring attractions and stakeholders, including Muscat Hills, Troon Golf, and nearby commercial centers.

Knowledge

  • Familiarity with hospitality software systems, guest management technology, and relevant operational tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of hospitality regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements within Oman and the region.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating a hotel in a golf resort
  • Passionate about golf.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in luxury hotel management, with a proven record in managing new-build properties or large-scale hospitality projects.
  • Experience in overseeing high-end mixed-use developments, including hotel and branded residences, is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English required, knowledge of Arabic or additional languages advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams and operations within the Middle East region or comparable international markets.
