We are Pierre Fabre Bulgaria, part of Pierre Fabre Laboratories - a solid international company with 60 years of pharmaceutical expertise, proud inventor of dermo-cosmetics.
We are engaged in taking care of life by designing and developing innovative solutions inspired by consumers and patients and contributing to the well-being of everyone from health to beauty.
In Bulgaria, we are well known with our dermo-cosmetic brands: Avene, Ducray, A-Derma, Klorane, Rene Furterer, Elgydium, and Eludril.
We have been working also in the area are related to the treatment of infantile hemangiomas and oncology.
Your mission
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures the development of the Branch's activities in its country by ensuring the application of the strategic orientations; under the hierarchical responsibility of the Regional Director of Pierre Fabre IBU EUROPE, proposes and applies all the solutions (structures, investments, operating costs) that will allow the successful growth of the activities and market shares, in accordance with the selected budget and in compliance with the standards and procedures defined by the Group and the local legislation.
MAIN MISSIONS

In collaboration with Regional Director and regional leads (DCPC and MC), defines the subsidiary strategy for MC & DC&PC activities by establishing key initiatives on top priorities (medicalization, oncology, digitalization)

Is accountable of subsidiary P&L results (from revenue to ROP – or to EBITDA or any other indicator defined by the Group in the future)

Contribute with his / her management to budget forecast (annual and triennial) the subsidiary. Apply a rational of profitable growth and sustainable development of our activities and market share versus competition. Translate the economic frame at the country business unit level. Accompany the respective managers in achieving the given objectives

Improve efficiency and productivity by ensuring subsidiary MC & DC&PC activities development (structure, marketing and digital investment, people) on rational cost basis in his/her perimeter according to Group strategic guidelines.

Define and put in place a continued rationalizing approach (brand, franchise, catalog, organization…) and increasing productivity using indicators defined by the management (eg. market share/ turnover /EBIT / FTE, turnover / network FTE, turnover offline / network FTE offline…). Take and shoulder related decisions: headcount management, re-organization of teams, hiring and dismissing, in respect of strategy defined by the management

Leverage digital culture to improve patient centricity and ensure we are the trusted and preferred partner

Built an ambitious medicalization policy for pharmaceutics to be more competitive

Optimize organization and ways of working by implementing control means and procedures compliant with Group standards, local regulations. Demonstrate leadership to engage people (leadership, mobility, skills development, etc.)

Bridge with other countries by sharing best practices and continuous development of activity

Manage the marketing and commercial structures in the country, regarding organization and activities, as well as their relationships with corporate structures in France

Partner with support functions: finance, IT, supply, HR, medical to ensure a proper level of service to business operations, as well as a good level of compliance and interactions with corporate departments

Contribute and collaborate within the regional LT team.

Be answerable of our Group's culture and image towards internals (employees) and externals (commercial and/or scientific contacts, opinion leaders)

Represent the Group towards institutions or local entities, mainly through direct contacts (embassies, chambers of commerce, ministries, professional chambers...) or in front of press and media

Inform head-quarter of evolutions within professional, economical, legal and political local context

Champion and apply the conditions to promote and value our ethical, compliant and sustainable development approach (Green Mission)
KEY COMPETENCIES
Background:
-
Commercial / marketing degree or scientific degree and commercial / marketing master’s degree
Experience:
-
Minimum 8 years of experience managing commercial and marketing teams with P&L responsibility ideally for dermo cosmetic, skin care or cosmetic and/or pharma markets
Languages:
-
English (Bulgarian, French considered a plus)
