Position Summary
We are looking for a new General Affairs Intern to join our People & Workplace Solution team!
Role and Responsibilities
Employee Support
- Providing support to employees regarding office inquires
- Hotel/flight reservations for management and employees and transportation arrangement for management personnel
Car Fleet
- Car Fleet Management in terms of new cars ordering, leasing follow up, invoice checking, mileage checking and other task related to Car Fleet Management
Office Management
- Ordering office and kitchen supplies, making sure that supplies are always on appropriate level
- Organization of company events
- Organizing employee activities
- Support regarding office security with reporting of irregularities
- Control of office Costs (Mobile cost, Car Fuel cost etc)
- New suppliers Management
- Preparing Knox approval for the costs
- Supporting reception work
Employee Assets Management
- Preparing Check lists for employees
- Support in People team activities and projects upon request
- Supporting Manager upon whose request performs all other tasks
Other tasks per direct managers request
Skills and Qualifications
Qualification/Experience
- University degree or last year of study
Knowledge
- Upper-intermediate command of English
- Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job related Skills
- Developed organization, co-ordination, and time-management skills, especially in work with documents and archives
- Highly customer oriented with strong communication skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking, problem solving attitude
- Good team player and relationship building skills
- Passionate and high level of responsibility
- Orientation on simplicity
