Main duties and responsibilities
· Accounting entries / registration:
Ø Monthly Merchant Commission accruals per customer
Ø Payroll booking
Ø Interest accruals on loans
Ø Book Taxes provided by tax consultants
Ø Book other periodic accruals (i.e. auditor, Management/Service Fee, Tech accruals, etc)
· Monthly reconciliation of Argentina and Uruguay
Ø Perform GL account reconciliations.
Ø Perform bank reconciliations.
Ø Analyse and explain variances in accounts
Ø Booking and reconciliation of IAS16
Ø Booking of IAS29
· Fixed asset accounting
Ø Update up FA register
Ø Depreciation calculations
· Insurances
Ø Keep insurances up to date
· Accounts Payables
Ø Medius-related tasks/activities that may be assigned by the Accounting Manager
Ø Agent invoices (cash) and other refund related bookings (non-cash)
· Other responsibilities
Ø Assist with month-end closing activities including journal entries, month-end reporting, and financial statement analysis.
Ø Colloborate and be back up of invoicing.
Ø Perform CFFM report.
Ø Work and cooperate with banks in order to stablish a good relationship with them.
Ø Compliance with internal and external auditors.
Ø Compliance with GB policies.
Ø Ad-hoc accounting/finance projects.
Ø Keep the Corporative Books updated.
Ø P.O. updates (IT PO)
Ø Support in the preparation of annual statutory financial statements and other statutory documents
