We are looking for a talented and tech-savvy GenAI Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary GenAI Product team and play a key role in developing Board AI Agents.
AI Agents will be the cornerstone of the next-generation experience offered by the Board platform. The GenAI team is responsible for defining the roadmap, designing the architecture and user experience, and implementing AI agents, covering the entire product lifecycle.
As a GenAI Engineer, you will bring expertise in agentic AI integration, agent configuration, prompt engineering, LLM architecture design, and performance evaluation frameworks to drive innovation and excellence in AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to define the optimal agentic AI architecture for Board Assistants.
  • Optimize prompts and configurations to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Design and implement a framework for evaluating agentic AI architectures, prompt structures, and LLM mixtures.
  • Work closely with the product manager and solution teams to configure Board Assistants tailored for flagship solutions such as FP&A, S&OP, and Retail Planning.


Requirements:

  • Solid experience in software architecture and engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI.
  • Strong expertise in prompt engineering best practices, techniques, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Proven experience with the implementation of GenAI systems and with agentic AI configuration, testing, and evaluation.
  • System integration skills, particularly in LLM integrations (experience with Azure is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across product management, solutions teams, UX, and engineering.
  • Passion for cutting-edge technologies, with the ability to balance innovation and legacy system integration.
  • Open-minded and humble, receptive to feedback and new ideas while maintaining a strong vision for technology and architecture.
