The Opportunity
The GCX D2P Business Support Specialist, will be accountable for the demand to pay (D2P) support operations for the Americas in Costa Rica.

Customer Experience and Support: Ensures excellent customer experience through a combination of soft skills and customer-centric mindset, while providing first-level support for a range of services.

Ticket Management: Handles tickets via multiple channels, coordinates the end-to-end ticket lifecycle, and ensures end users are informed and their expectations are managed.

Continuous Learning: Invests in self-learning and development, stays updated with new services, and enhances technical expertise relevant to business needs.

Team Collaboration and Process Improvement: Promotes teamwork, contributes to process improvement, innovation, and helps resolve complex issues.

Performance and Quality Goals: Aims to meet individual and team KPIs, acts on feedback for improvement, understands and contributes to quality goals, and participates in projects when required.
Who you are

Educational Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred).

Professional Experience:
-
Minimum of 1 year in Customer Service.

2-4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
-
Procurement or Accounts Payable.
-
Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is advantageous.

Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.

Process Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the end-to-end Demand-to-Pay process.

Language Skills:

Proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
