The Training Coordinator role is an important part of the Global Customer Service organization, responsible for the planning, scheduling, and reporting of our global training programs. This Full-Time position may require weekend, holiday, daytime, and/or evening hours.


This role will begin as in-office 5 days per week for the first 3-6 months and then will shift to in-office 3 days per week to ensure cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions, system accesses, and schedule information.
  • Provide administrative assistance to trainers by managing payroll, working with the HR team on attendance or behavior concerns, and maintaining trainer checklists and reference guides.
  • Maintain training calendars and track trainer availability for both internal and BPO partner locations.
  • Partner with GCS leaders to transition new hires to production. 
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for training sessions, including booking training rooms or facilities, arranging equipment set-up, and ensuring that necessary materials and resources are available for trainers and trainees. 
  • Pull and analyze data on training performance, including attendance, completion rates, and evaluation scores, and communicate findings to trainers, training leadership and other key stakeholders.

Flexible, adaptable, and able to autonomously handle various tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, iterative development environment with a short turn-around time. 
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address challenges, drive change, and achieve shared objectives. 
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written & verbal). Clear and concise communication skills for effectively conveying training information and performance data. 
  • Analytical skills: Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and deriving actionable insights to inform decision-making and improve training performance, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. 
  • Global perspective: Taking a broad view when approaching issues, using a global lens. 

What You've Done

  • Knowledge of call center operations, including customer service, call handling procedures, and performance metrics. 
  • Proficiency in utilizing various training and reporting tools and technologies, such as learning management systems, Microsoft Suite, Zoom, etc. 
  • Ability to lead by example, inspire team members, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the training program. 
  • Project and/or program management experience preferred.
