Key Responsibilities 

  • Gate Operations & Traffic Management – Oversee the smooth movement of trucks and cargo by assisting forwarders, haulers, and truckers with gate procedures.

  • Accurate Data Entry & Reporting – Ensure timely and error-free entry of transactions in TOS (Navis) and Asycuda, and submit gate reports to shipping lines daily.

  • Team Leadership & Training – Develop and train operational clerks, ensuring knowledge transfer and strong teamwork to support the port’s growing operations.

  • Compliance & Coordination – Maintain effective communication with customs, shipping lines, and forwarders to prevent regulation violations and avoid delays.

  • Operational Efficiency – Manage gate staff schedules, optimize resource allocation, and ensure 24/7 operational coverage.

  • Equipment & Infrastructure Oversight – Ensure gate equipment, computers, and communication tools are fully operational, liaising with IT and facilities teams as needed.

  • Security & Safety Collaboration – Work closely with gate security to uphold safety protocols and ensure all vehicles exit with proper documentation.

Who we are looking for

  • Strong leadership and operational management experience.

  •  Knowledge of TOS (Navis) and Asycuda is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
