Revenue Operations Systems Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Revenue Operations Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Gainsight platform to ensure it meets the needs of our customer success & account management teams. You will collaborate closely with various departments to gather requirements, implement best practices, and enhance our customer journey experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Administer and configure the Gainsight platform, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and user needs.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for Gainsight enhancements and new features.
  • Data Management: Monitor data integrity within Gainsight & Salesforce, implement data governance practices, and ensure accurate reporting. Import, export, and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • User Support, Training, and Change Management: Provide ongoing support and training to users, fostering a culture of best practices in customer success management.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into customer health, engagement, and retention metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within account management/customer success workflows and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue Operations, Business Applications and other departments to ensure seamless integration and utilization of Gainsight with other business applications.

Other Duties:

  • Stay updated on Gainsight features and best practices, and continuously seek ways to leverage the platform for greater impact.
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks may be assigned as needed on a project or interim basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Gainsight Associate Admin Certificate: Level 1, additional levels such as Topic-Specific Certificates Level 2 & Gainsight NXT Admin Certificate Level 3 preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data management and reporting tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce, administration experience is preferred.
