About the Role

We are currently only considering temporary candidates based in the United States for this job. This role is fully remote.

Ontra is seeking a temporary Gainsight Admin reporting to our Manager, Revenue Operations. 

We’re looking for someone excited to drive the administration, operation, and optimization of Gainsight to propel customer success initiatives and make a tangible impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Gainsight Administration: Oversee user accounts and permissions, perform system health checks, and manage routine data imports to ensure optimal Gainsight performance.
  • Data Integrity: Identify, rectify discrepancies in customer records, and maintain high standards of data accuracy within the Gainsight platform.
  • System Configuration: Develop and update dashboards, reports, and workflows to meet evolving business requirements, improving visibility for CSMs and leadership.
  • Feature Implementation: Assist in executing small system changes and implementing new Gainsight features to enhance user experience and platform utility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success Operations to align Gainsight processes with organizational goals and participate in cross-departmental initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Gainsight Expertise: At least one year of Gainsight experience required; Holding a Gainsight certification and additional professional experience in relevant fields is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce and Snowflake preferred
  • Professional Competence: Ability to integrate and utilize software tools effectively within a business setting.

Due to the contingent nature of the role, benefits and hiring location below may not apply. Please note that the salary range listed will be prorated for the duration of the contract.

Pay Transparency
Ontra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Additionally, all positions are eligible for unit-based equity grants.

Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or other variable compensation structures, which is not included in the below base pay range.

$68,000$102,000 USD
