Purpose of Role:

The purpose of this role is to implement the global FX strategy of the franchise and to deliver long term sustainable value and positive customer outcomes
Role Responsibilities:
-
Develop and implement target client acquisition, penetration and product plans for product/region and client base.

Work with FX trading, Structuring, and Strategy to develop best in class solutions to meet client needs.
-
Increase senior client contact connectivity through strategy, trading, and senior management engagement.
-
Drive deeper communication between the US and London and Asia based FX sales, trading teams.
-
Proactive identification and escalation of conduct risk to deliver key customer outcomes.

Role model behaviors in line with the CPC Framework
Role Requirements:

Proven knowledge of relevant products
-
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and counterparts and senior client relationships, primarily on the Real Money side.

Robust derivative skills

Broad understanding of macro-economics

Ability to understand and manage core risks of sales processes.

Strong interpersonal skills Deep understanding the FX electronic market

Client and solutions experience with relevant client segments.

Proven understanding of the regulatory environment affecting the FX business

Experience creating efficiencies and improvements in our tools nd processes.

Outstanding teamwork and communication skills
Role Qualifications:
-
10 + years of experience in Foreign Exchange Sales with expertise in emerging markets and derivative products

University Degree
-
Ability to organize tasks and responsibilities as directed by management
The expected base annual salary range for this position is $300,000 – $325,000 at the start of employment. This is not a guarantee of compensation. The exact compensation is determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on skills, experience, training licensure, certifications and location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus; medical, dental, and vision plans; life and disability insurance; employee wellness programs; retirement and savings plans with potential employer contributions; generous paid time off policy, parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
