Responsibilities:
- Deliver on project-based consulting engagements; help clients develop analytical requirements through prototyping and visualization.
- Manage clients expectations by leading weekly status reports to clients; proactively solicit client feedback by running working sessions
- Create reporting and data visualization solutions
- Analyze, troubleshoot and / or tune product performance or deployment issues when required
- Support or assist with backlog support and development
- Identify and recommend functionality and solutions to meet and enhance user requirements
- Recommend best practices to optimize data models, reports, and overall platform architecture
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience and/or demonstrated expertise in data analytics and data visualization platforms in an enterprise environment
- Expert data visualization skills using Power BI
- Expertise in data preparation experience using Alteryx or KNIME
- Demonstrated expertise in data fluency and communicating to business users
- Expertise in SQL experience leveraging data warehouse, data marts, and/or data models in Snowflake environment preferred
- Exceptional customer facing skills, including outstanding communication skills and project management skills
- Strong problem solving skills with a passion for learning and mastering new technologies, techniques, and procedures
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ years of Consulting experience.
- Expertise with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents
- Power BI Service administration experience including security roles, infrastructure set up
- Previous experience scaling Power BI at an enterprise level
- Experience with Snowflake, Python and/or R scripting
- Previous experience leading teams of consultants to ensure performance, utilization and project delivery
