The Position【業務内容】・プロジェクトマネジメント業務全般・プロジェクトのマネジメントと各種サポートが主な業務 ・社内業務の見直しを見据えた社員からの意見収集および分析 ・社内へのプロジェクトの定着を見据えた社員教育 ・経営貢献を判断基準とした新規プロジェクト/タスクフォースの立案ならびに推進 ・メンバー、他部署関係者、社外関係者などステークホルダーとの折衝/調整業務 ・プロジェクト進行上の課題管理、資料作成、データ集計/分析、KPI設定など 【必要な知識/能力】 ・コミュニケーションスキル（対社内外ステークホルダー） ・リーダーシップスキル ・課題解決スキル ・ファシリテーションスキル ・タスクマネジメントスキル ・プレゼンテーションスキル ・語学力（英語：日常会話レベル）
