- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for NetReveal solutions.
- Configure and optimize Detica/NetReveal product modules, including:
- Detection modules (AML, Fraud, KYC, Watchlist Screening).
- Workflows and case management setups.
- User Interface (UI) customization based on business needs.
- Name screening logic, threshold settings, and fuzzy logic matching rules.
- Fingerprinting logic for identity matching and fraud detection.
- Watchlist setup and organization unit configuration.
- Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between NetReveal and other banking/financial crime systems.
- Optimize rules, scoring mechanisms, and alert generation to reduce false positives.
- Support data validation and cleansing processes for better detection accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT teams on system enhancements, upgrades, and patches.
- 8+ years of experience as a Functional System Analyst in financial crime, AML, or fraud detection.
- Strong hands-on experience with Detica/NetReveal configuration and implementation.
- Expertise in configuring detection modules, workflows, and UI elements in NetReveal.
- Deep knowledge of fuzzy matching logic, name screening thresholds, and watchlist configurations.
- Experience in fingerprinting logic and organizational unit setups within NetReveal.
- Strong understanding of fraud detection methodologies and AML compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools for financial crime detection.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
