Job Description
ARHS Group – part of Accenture is looking for a for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian health insurance domain.
You will be part of a professional agile team, where you can work on a series of challenging projects including the development of a new functionality that allows corrections to member invoices.
Context
- The Reimbursement domain consists of several agile teams with a total of 40 people, including the REGUL team which consists of 4 people. This team builds and maintains applications that allow CM to make invoice corrections within the invoicing process of the compulsory health insurance, including corrections of doctor's certificates to our members and the 3rd party billing, invoices from hospitals, healthcare providers, ...
Role & responsibilities
- Coordinating a team of between 5 and 9 people as a Scrum Master in the Reimbursement to Members department.
- Conducting business and functional analyses within an agile team
- Analysis of assignments related to member’s reimbursements, specifically in the context of accurate payment and invoice correction for its members and healthcare providers

- Good knowledge of Dutch and French
- Team player
- Able to work autonomously
- Good communication skills - Capable of explaining complex matters simply and clearly
- Ability to speak with both technical and business individuals
- Flexible and stress-resistant
- Strong personality with leadership skills
Technical skills
- Experienced analyst (medior/senior)
- Familiar with managing Agile teams
