Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Responding to end-user inquiries and providing support.

Troubleshooting to recover system functionality.

Developing small add-ons for system enhancements.

Exploring and implementing UiPath automation for improved efficiency.

Performing regular tasks based on operation documents.

Managing incidents and issues through ServiceNow tickets.

Utilizing JP1 for job scheduling.
-
Working in a secure room within your office, which is managed and monitored.
Knowledge and Skills:
-
Proficiency in reading, listening, and oral communication in Japanese.

Proficiency in C# and JavaScript programming languages.
-
Previous involvement in waterfall-type system development projects.

Experience in system changes throughout all phases.

Ability to clarify changes based on change requests and understand their impacts.

Proficient in modifying system documents such as system design, specifications, and test cases.

Skilled in coding, testing, saving test results, and working towards system release.

Leadership skills to review documents and results, make judgments, and suggest improvements.

Effective communication within the team, fostering collaboration between Malaysia and Japan
-
Experience in developing Aras Innovator or other PLM products (design, development, testing).

Familiarity with ServiceNow and JP1.
-
Experience in Automation with UiPath.
-
Development experience on AWS.
-
Flexibility in utilizing various tools as needed.
