The Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack is a key technical person in the GovDelivery team.
Granicus GovDelivery team is on a journey of revolutionising its existing highly scalable solutions by making use of AWS cloud services. This a front-runner team who evaluates latest technologies, embraces and evangelize the solutions to be adopted to make the already efficient platform more scalable and efficient
The Senior Software Engineer is a go-to technical resource for anyone in the broader Granicus technology organization. They fully understand the deployment and support of applications in all environments and are an excellent mentor to groups and individuals within and outside of the development team.

- Expert in cloud technologies and developing solutions on cloud.
- Expert in Java and related frameworks.
- Hands-on engineer who can develop microservices and deploy it on Kubernetes.
- Proficient in Kubernetes and Containers.
- Proficient in web application development using ReactJS, NodeJS and related web technologies.
- 7 - 10 years of experience developing, testing, shipping, and supporting production-quality PaaS/SaaS solutions.
- Proficient in either GoLang or Python
- Javascript/Typescript, ReactJS, NodeJS.
- Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- AWS Cloud
- Experience with mentoring junior team members.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong system design and application scalability skills
- Passion for learning new things and the ability to do so quickly.
- Ability to serve as a technical leader of an open, collaborative, and extraordinarily skilled software development team
- Strong understanding of AWS services, including SES, Pinpoint, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, and DynamoDB, AWS EKS.
- Full-stack development experience with React, Java, and GoLang/Python.
- Nice to have hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
- Strong exposure to Kafka Streams and both NoSQL and SQL databases.
