How we work:

Our engineering team operates in independent tribes, ensuring flat hierarchies and scalability. Each tribe is self-sufficient with full ownership of its area. Developers enjoy a lot of freedom: they choose missions to work on, and after completing a mission, they return to the launchpad to recover and prepare for the next one.

The technologies we use:

Frontend: javascript, TypeScript, React.js.

Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, and Fastify. Some PHP.

Storage and messaging: MySQL, Kafka, Redis, and some CouchDB.

Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.


Your new adventure:

  • Create and enhance automation tools, enabling users to build workflows with ease—whether it’s sending follow-up emails or updating deal statuses. You’ll help automate routine tasks seamlessly.
  • Develop solutions to handle real-time triggers and data changes, ensuring businesses can move quickly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with product designers to create intuitive automation interfaces, allowing users to easily manage workflows and complex logic.
  • Ensure that our Automations feature is fast, reliable, and scales effectively as we grow, enhancing the user experience for all customers.

Does this sound like you?

  • 3+ years of experience with software development
  • Experience with Javascript, Typescript, Node.js, React.js
  • Experience with some of the following technologies: PHP, MySQL, CouchDB, Redis, Apache Kafka
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Passionate about learning and an avid problem solver
  • Good understanding of security threats
  • Past contributions to the open-source community are a plus
  • Experience with multi-regional cloud-based services is a plus
