The Zephire team, part of the Fullsteam organization, is focused on helping clients drive bottom line results through the performance of their people using Zephire, our end-to-end Monthly Parking, Billing and AR (Accounts Receivable) SaaS platform. We are a team of parking-passionate people with over 45 years of industry experience.

The Full Stack Software Developer is part of a fast-paced team that develops and delivers the Zephire application. This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of projects building products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. The full stack developer is part of a small team that uses technology to solve challenges for both the front-end and back-end architecture, ultimately delivering a best-in-class cloud-based application to our clients and their customers. We are looking for someone who loves writing software and is passionate about crafting great code to join our product development team. Specifically, we are looking for a .NET framework developer who is fluent in C# and can bring that experience to help our team grow our application suite. The ideal candidate will have experience with both ASP.NET MVC and Restful API development. There may be additional opportunities to work with our front-end team using React.js and JavaScript.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
• Work primarily in Visual Studio, Visual Basic, Dev Express, and ASP.net.
• Extend our current API backend to support our next generation of application capabilities.
• Extend our current integrations to additional third-party partners.
• Assist with performance tuning our backend to maximize our performance.
• Creating test scenarios designed to verify functionality and evaluate if code updates meet design expectations.
• Assist with creating testing plans for application features.
• Verify, report, and track defects found in testing and confirm resolution of defects as needed.

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience building web applications.
• Experience in designing and integrating RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
• Experience in unit/integration testing.
• Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, and IIS web site knowledge.
• Software Development Life Cycle knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5 years' experience in building complex software applications using Visual Basic.
• Highly self-motivated and driven. We work 100% remote and expect our team to manage their day-to-day workload.

• Excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the rest of our development team, our support team, and our user base.
