• Job Overview:
• As a Full Stack .NET Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using the .NET framework. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the quality of code through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Design and implement RESTful APIs and back-end services.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team's technical skills remain current.




Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Experience with back-end technologies such as ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage a team effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for technology and continuous learning.
