What We Do
MetaWealth™ is a Web3 platform that empowers people to own their financial future. We bring the investing process of the wealthy and rich to the market mass. Offering them opportunities that were once far fetched - for as low as $100.
MetaWealth™ tokenizes real-estate, a revolutionary process that transforms the traditional real-estate investing model by leveraging blockchain technology to create a more transparent, efficient, and secure investment process. Traditionally, investing in real estate has been a complex and expensive process, requiring significant capital and extensive legal paperwork. Real estate tokenization streamlines this process by allowing fractional ownership of real estate assets through the issuance of tokens that represent a portion of the property's value.
With MetaWealth™, sophisticated investors will benefit from high quality assets without the diligence, asset management and transaction headaches. Overall, real estate tokenization will democratize real estate investment and create a more efficient and transparent market, revolutionizing the oldest market in the world.
The MetaWealth™ Real Estate Team (50 years of combined RE experience) targets assets with the best risk-adjusted returns, vetting them with tried and tested acquisition frameworks, rigorous investment criteria and due diligence processes (including risk assessment management). The investment strategy focuses on passive income and asset appreciation.
