About the Role and the Team:
As a Full Stack developer, you will be part of the team responsible for the design and implementation of the customization projects of Certilogo platform services for our final clients, mainly brands in the fashion industry.
You will work in Certilogo’s Delivery & Technology division, with a team of highly skilled product/program managers, software developers, AI specialists, UX designers and data analysts with a shared passion for building great web applications, following Agile methodology, processes and tools.
This is a hybrid role working at our Milan office 3 days a week.
What You Will Accomplish:

Closely in contact with the Product/Program Managers and the Tech Lead, your main focus will be on the design, implementation, delivery and evolutionary maintenance of the customization projects of the Certilogo platform services for Certilogo’s clients, both for front end and back end components.

You will conduct requirements analysis, draft solution and data model design and participate in resolving effort estimates.

With regards to back end components, you will apply your expertise in writing reusable, testable, and efficient code, using technologies, frameworks and tools such as: Microservices, Java/JEE, Spring boot and Spring cloud, traditional SQL DB and NoSQL.

With regards to the front end components, you will apply your expertise in writing user-friendly, responsive, and intuitive front-end interfaces for web applications using technologies, frameworks and tools such as: React JS, Node Js on traditional SQL DBs and NoSQL DBs.

You will participate in the evolutionary development of Certilogo’s proprietary Content Management System, based on a headless CMS framework (Strapi).
What You Will Bring:
-
1-2 years experience designing and building Java-based and/or NodeJS-based micro-services and in front-end development, with a focus on React and Javascript.

Proficiency with software development using: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud

Experience with writing efficient SQL and fixing SQL (Oracle)
-
Experience with using NoSQL databases like MongoDB
-
Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Proficiency in designing and writing microservices in Node JS.

Experience with collaborative tools for interface design, such as Figma
-
Proficiency with full software development lifecycle – Design, Development, Test, Build, Deploy

Experience on Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery

Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, particularly Kubernetes.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo

Experience in maintaining and debugging live software systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize different projects.

Ability to own and drive problems to resolution with minimal guidance

Self-motivated, curious, eager to learn and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote or onsite environment
