A Day in Your Life:
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend solutions to support business needs.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on design proposals, ensuring high-quality implementations.
- Maintain, extend, and improve existing backend services to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to support end-to-end solution delivery when necessary.
- Conduct code reviews to uphold best practices and maintain a high standard of code quality.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor production backend services, ensuring high availability, performance, and rapid incident resolution.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong grasp of system design and architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience in frontend development (React/Vue/Angular).
- Proven expertise in Microservices architecture and designing scalable services.
- Deep understanding of synchronous and asynchronous flows.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Proficiency in at least one of the following backend languages: Go (preferred), Python, or Node.js.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of designing efficient, scalable solutions.
