Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analytics with a good working knowledge of Sales, Bookings and Commission data to join our FSS Finance & Strategy Sales Compensation Team. In this role, you will use your Data Mining & Data Profiling expertise to measure effectiveness of our compensation plans, SPIFF programs and Bonus Programs; provide trends and insights on sales & commissions data and create intuitive data visualizations, dashboards and presentations for executive consumption. As a key business partner to Sales org, this individual will work across the organization and members of Finance and Accounting as well as Sales Ops and Business Ops leaders within the company to drive Commission Plan payout and help define the process by which we as a company scale and grow.
What you will do:

Administering commission programs and plans, including the understanding of general commission rules and specific plan requirements.

Use your superior skills in data mining and data analytics; and your expertise in Tableau, Big Query, Google Sheets and SQL to create & maintain data models for compensation and sales analysis.

Develop metrics, reporting and analytics capabilities to assess the quality and effectiveness of sales compensation plans, quota attainments and SPIFF effectiveness; Influence changes for semi-annual Sales Comp Planning cycle. This will involve close partnership with other team members across Finance and Sales Operations

Develop reporting and analytics to support month end and quarter-end compensation review, including attainments, leadership boards, sales & compensation KPIs

Help maintain the automated data flow to and fro from Xactly, SFDC, EDW and Big Query

Develop analytical reporting for finance purposes and in collaboration with Sales Operation to assess the impact of compensation plans

Partner with IT and Sales Operations to understand and recommend the workflow of commissionable data from Salesforce.com to Xactly to support commission calculations

Oversee monthly audits to reconcile plan assignments by payee between HR data, Xactly and individual participant's plan document to support data integrity in Xactly
What you need:

Bachelor's Degree in a business or mathematics field.

Knowledgeable in SQL, Data Mining and Data Analytics

Familiarity with Sales and Sales compensation data

Familiarity with Xactly, Xactly Integration, Tableau preferred

Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal direction from management in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Committed to data quality and high standard for accuracy

Detail oriented with excellent analytic skills and interest in identifying and fixing problems

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
