About the Role
To support the FSQ department and the Site with the quality risk management programme (Q-RMP) requirements and implementation of action plans and contribute to effective investigation and outcomes of quality incidents, internal and external complaints. This role will require to work a five-day work roster and a 40 hour week.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support of production in achieving food safety and quality goals.
  • Participate in the product testing frequency review and implementation.
  • Competent at Product testing and provide training to staff that carry out online product testing.
  • Review product results (Testing and processing) and release all product that meet the customer, 3rd party and or company requirements.
  • Assess Copack product as required (Site specific)
  • Support of the FSQ department and Site action plans
  • Support of critical control point (CCP) validation
  • Support investigation of quality incidents, internal and external complaint.


About You

  • Min 2-4 years of experience in the similar role.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders with facts.
  • Understanding of low acid and acid food safety.
  • Decision making ability on product quality.
  • Experience with quality risk assessment.
  • High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PPT)
  • High level of personal integrity and sense of right and wrong
  • Technical experience in the food industry.
