We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Quality Assurance / Food Safety Coordinator to join our team at our Seven Hills site.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Identify and report on potential and actual food safety and quality risks that may arise during daily production
- Perform GMP, production line audits, and other Quality audits
- Conduct HACCP reviews, internal audits, and monitoring activities
- Review production records and documentation to ensure positive release of finished products
- Report any non-conformances of raw materials, packaging, and finished product
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and provide technical support to production teams
- Reviewing CofA's and releasing raw materials
- Managing retention samples
- Assist in cleaning and sanitation activities
About you:
- Experience working in the Food Manufacturing industry
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or certificates (desired)
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills within team dynamics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- HACCP + internal/external audit experience (desired)
- Flexibility to work on the afternoon shift and cover day shift team members as required
- Eligibility to work in Australia and New Zealand
