Frontend Software Engineer

Location: Galway, Ireland

As a Front End Software Engineer in the Work Automation team, you will be designing and developing high quality software to deliver key features of the Product roadmaps and take out user interfaces to the next level.

You will be working towards a clear vision in an agile team environment. You will be joining a collaborative team of like-minded people who thrive on technical problem solving and relish design challenges. You will work with our UX team translating their wireframes into code and producing visual elements of an enterprise application. Genesys Software Engineers think through implementation details of scale, security, and usability. We write code Angular & React and work with many AWS technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines. Master’s degree (MSc) in these disciplines a valuable addition.

  • Excellent programming skills, particularly in frameworks Angular or React.

  • 2+ years of experience in Front End Software Engineering. 

  • Experience of CI/CD processes and technologies with a proven understanding of tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket

  • Experience of using REST API’s. 

  • Proactive, self-driven, and possessing a growth mindset embracing opportunities for personal and professional development.
