We have expertise in handling sensitive data, including PII and PHI, and subscribe to advanced practices for dev ops and data compliance, including HIPAA.

Who we're looking for

What you will do
- Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration
- Write and maintain a full unit test suite
- Help manage deployments and setup CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code using best practices
- Write performant, scalable and testable code with the help of modern tools
- Participate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architecture
- Participate in active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based contributions
- Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results
- Participate in interview process to raise the technical bar and to bring new talent
What should my qualifications be?
- As an Engineer specializing in Vue.js, you will design and develop high-performing web applications. Your role will focus on creating seamless integrations, enhancing user experiences and driving technological innovation.
- 4+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in building and deploying complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
- Proficiency in English (B1 level) is required, with excellent written and verbal skills to engage actively and clearly with native speakers.
- Deep understanding of Vue.js ecosystem, including Vuex for state management.
- Experience deploying and optimizing applications for high performance and scalability.
- Experience with deployment and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Circle CI.
- Proficient with Scrum and Agile development methodologies, with experience working in Agile teams to manage feature requests within realistic timelines.
- Ability to write clear, comprehensive, and supportive documentation.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with rapid iteration cycles and fast-changing requirements.
- Python or NodeJs.
- Django, Flask, FastAPI, Express.js or NestJSAPIs
- Advanced skills in GraphQL and familiarity with REST API integration.
- Working experience with Vercel for building and scaling applications
- Experience managing databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS RDS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

What We Do
Remedy Product Studio works with founders on strategy, execution, and launch of digital products. We collaborate with Seed to Series C companies across healthcare, data, and finance/commerce technology. We have been a long-term partner to companies including ClassPass, HealthReveal, H1 Insights, Sommsation, Ash, and Caraway Health. Partners are typically with us for 3 years, and we engage our venture network to guide them through an average of 2 fundraises, helping them secure investors like Google Ventures, Greycroft, and Serena Ventures. We work closely with investors to fill out rounds and invest in select partners in the form of sweat equity. So, what does a Remedy partnership look like? - Each Remedy team works exclusively with a single partner to synthesize company objectives, create a roadmap, and then deliver a product. - With our unique flavor of agile methodology, our product-led teams distill a partner’s broad vision into a lean scope that can be delivered and tested in a short time frame. - Our cross-functional teams work on product management, full stack and data engineering, DevOps, architecture, QA, and UX/UI design.
