Job Description

Responsibilities:

As Front of House Receptionist, you are the face of IQ-EQ, providing a welcome first stop in our guest journey. You will be responsible for all guest inquiries and duties surrounding visitor access, answering incoming calls and clerical duties. An excellent communicator, you have a knack for making a great first impression and making people feel welcome. As the face of the company the role holder should also have a friendly disposition and highly presentable.

Tasks:

  • Manage Front of House provisions, ensuring 5* standard is projected at all times.
  • Ensuring client meeting rooms are clean, tidy and professional at all times, including AV equipment (In the relevant rooms)
  • Manage incoming calls and queries
  • Direct visitors to meeting rooms and organise refreshments when required
  • Liaising with landlord/ 3rd parties on any issues which arise including but not limited to Engineering, Cleaning & Security.
  • Work with our housekeeper when there are large scale catering requirements such as formal client lunches for setting up and clearing down.
  • Management of Security access control system when required including logging of visitors on the in-house system.
  • Ensuring meeting room etiquette is upheld / bookings via portal are accurate.
  • Accepting deliveries and processing them when required.
  • Sorting of outgoing post Inc the processing of couriers.
  • Procurement for the business including stationary, consumables, toiletries etc
  • Create & receipt all purchase orders on our internal platforms.
  • Liaising with our suppliers to secure the best possible value without compromising on quality, as well as answering any questions/queries they may have.
  • Business Support Admin cover (refer to BSA role)
  • Ad-Hoc Duties

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Front of House team leader or customer facing role
  • Education / Professional Qualifications
  • IT Literate with a good practical use of Microsoft Products
  • Company and or Financial market awareness
