Job Description
- Designing and implementing solutions based on micro frontend architecture.
- Decomposition from Monolith Applications to Micro-Services (Frontend)
- Working with backend and frontend teams to deliver consistent solutions.
- Optimizing applications for performance and scalability.
- Creating technical documentation and conducting code reviews.
- To support architects and developers in business requirement and frontend (UI) analysis.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years combined post-secondary education and relevant work experience
- Level 4 degree in Software Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience building complex SPAs for large organizations
- Deep knowledge of Web Component-based applications (HTML5, native APIs)
- Practical experience with micro frontend architecture and SPA patterns
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks such as React or Angular
- B2 level or higher command of English (CEFR standard)
- Ability to write specifications, concept documents, and technical/user documentation
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing abilities within a team
- Experience working in Agile teams, particularly Scrum
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement micro frontend architectures
- Experience in code review and technical documentation
- Proven collaboration with frontend and backend teams to deliver unified solutions
Desirable Requirements:
- GraphQL, WebSockets, and TypeScript
- Experience in building mobile/offline apps with local data sync and conflict resolution
- Immutable state management (e.g., Redux)
- Migrating from monolith to micro frontend architectures (horizontal & vertical)
- Domain Driven Design (DDD)
- Designing observability features for micro frontends
- CI/CD practices, preferably using Azure DevOps
- Secure code development aligned with OWASP TOP 10
- Creating automated unit and integration tests
- Experience as a Senior or Lead Developer
- Adherence to SOLID principles and software development best practices
- Ability to work autonomously and guide junior staff
- Performance and scalability optimization experience
