You:

You are current or former fraud practitioner with a Tier 1 European Bank with 10+ years of experience with operational transactional fraud tools and enrichment services (e.g. device recognition, behavioural biometrics), and have an advanced working knowledge of Enterprise Retail fraud strategy within complex organisational structures

You have proven experience implementing, producing or overseeing the institution of Fraud Software within a Tier0/1 Financial Institution with strong technical acumen and experience in working with and fine tuning fraud tools, designing new rules and identifying how to improve customer results in terms of accuracy and coverage.

We’re looking for someone with deep working knowledge across the French, German, Spanish and wider European Banking & Financial Sectors, Digital Banking and Issuing, Acquiring and Payments Networks, and demonstrable experience working with 3rd party Fraud and Risk vendors that have tailored business capabilities serving the core European customer market & the wider European competitive market landscape.

You have experience in problem analysis (assess, defining frameworks for evaluation, identifying options etc) and translating complex environments into easily digestible output for a variety of audiences, an adept in active listening, solution development, resource planning- with executive presence & history presenting to, and working with, Leadership teams.

We’re seeking an expert in developing regional, solution based messaging content and collateral and developing investment business cases that support French, German and/or Spanish markets.

   
Your Day-to-Day:

  • Collaboration with your GTM, Product, Marketing, Revenue and Customer colleagues in delivering against Feedzai’s vision and strategy, supporting the creation of tailored in-country strategic development plans, customer messaging and regulatory guidance;
  • Support the development of Feedzai’s Fraud and Identity Solutions; from vision, strategy and use case development all the way through to customer messaging, sponsorship and adoption;
  • Develop solution based content, collateral and messaging and support Product Go-To-Market Strategies for the Fraud and Identity solutions; providing information to help Customer Success, Marketing and Sales teams articulate the value of Feedzai’s products, services and innovative Fraud & AML technologies.;
  • Support European country market research, partner strategy development and product updates;
  • Identification and implementation of best practice sharing across the EMEA and Global Customer base (both data and process), with a particular focus on core European markets - France, Germany, Spain, Itay;
  • Attendance and support for media and conference events, including presentations, chairing roundtables, supporting event based activities and responding to media enquiries;
  • Work directly with customers that have adopted Feedzai’s Risk Ops suite of solutions and integrate lessons learnt and new FRAML use case opportunities back into Feedzai’s product strategy;
  • Attend customer QBR’s and promote the Risk Ops Value Framework, but also then feedback as the “voice of the customer” to ensure gaps are raised back into the respective Product teams so that they drive a better, longer term customer experience.

   
You Have and Know How: 

  • Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical customers, with strong communication skills, verbal and written;
  • Passionate about working in a fast paced environment, able to work through ambiguity and multiple diverse requests and still be able to and to grow and achieve stretch goals;
  • Inquisitive and keen to further develop your Product, subject matter knowledge and domain expertise;
  • Able to think strategically and to incorporate SME knowledge within delivery and scalability constraints;
  • Native or fluent speaker in French.
