We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Summer Intern to join our Finance team in Corporate FP&A/SSC. This internship provides hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, offering exposure to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in gaining practical experience in corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
-Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
-Analyze key financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and financial data for reporting and presentations.
-Help develop and improve financial dashboards and reporting tools for leadership review.
-Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives within the FP&A team.
Qualifications:
-Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and derive insights.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
-Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial data clearly.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
