Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role involves providing financial insights, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis to drive business decisions. The FP&A Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of Browzwear and ensuring the company’s financial health.
- Financial Planning: Develop, maintain, and communicate the financial planning process, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
- Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance analysis, trend analysis and performance metrics.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Strategic Initiatives: Support strategic initiatives by providing financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather information, understand business operations, and provide financial guidance.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the technology industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software systems.
- Open to a hybrid work setup, with an expectation to work onsite one day per week.
