SVP Rewards Products & Loyalty Finance
The S.V.P. role's overall objective is to partner with the business to provide financial input on critical decisions, strategies, initiatives and business cases, apply analytical skills and critical thinking to create financial forecasts and evaluate financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis and deliver presentations related to the financial performance of the portfolios, loyalty platform and strategic alliance.
- Generate analytics for monthly flash results and month end financial reports
- Drive forward looking processes including forecasts, strategic/operating plans, monthly outlooks, and review results
- Lead the sizing of new initiatives to assess financial their performance and provide business partners with recommendations that ensure an ideal outcome
- Manage the delivery of full range of services to one or more businesses, managing relationships with business partners and organizing work requests to provide timely assistance to all stakeholders.
- Advise internal clients on the implications of business trends, issues, operating environment changes, and firm/business unit strategy.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
This role must report on site to the office in NYC three times/week. It cannot be done remotely or from another Citi location.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience within financial services
- Experience providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, strategic multi-year forecasts, and annual budgets
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in additional systems including Oracle, Essbase, and SAP
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience within financial services, ideally large cap banks
- Experience providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, strategic multi-year forecasts, and annual budgets
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in additional systems including Oracle, Essbase, and SAP
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
