FP&A Manager

While based in our new Irvine Office, you’ll have the opportunity to work with our global company on topics such as long-term planning, treasury and Corporate FP&A.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting into the Sr. Director, FP&A, as the FP&A Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing the Long-term Plan and financial modelling for the US-based Boldyn Networks’ companies. Though you won’t have any direct reports at this time, you’ll be planning the processes and corporate financial models, making you a key member of expanding the US FP&A team. It’s a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you’ll mainly be involved with:
- Developing and maintaining detailed financial modelling and analysis for our Long-term Plan and monthly reforecast
- Working cross functionally with the Commercial Finance team to forecast revenue with a deep understanding of their project models to manage our ambitious growth targets
- Managing the bi-annual valuation process while consolidating the US-based forecasts to update the Long-term Plan
- Creating detailed and well-structured support for Executive and Board presentations based on financial analysis
- Build internal dashboards to track key performance metrics for all business units
- Contributing to a variety of ad-hoc projects, including assessment of capital structure, M&A support, refinance activities, etc.
What you’ll bring
Think you could make a difference here? We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter and intellectually curious who can operate with ambiguity and driven to contribute to our financial success. You’ll want to make an impact from day one. You will also have some of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree required from accredited university, preferably in Finance/Accounting.
- At least seven (7) years of work experience with a mix of public accounting and or similar finance/commercial/M&A background.
- A high focus on Financial Modelling (three-way models, business case evaluations, sensitivity analysis).
- Ideally CFA, (minimum Level 1 of the CFA program) or working towards it.
- Expert financial modelling techniques and methodologies (MS Excel).
