FP&A Global Reporting Coordinator
About the Opportunity
We are seeking for an FP&A Global Reporting Coordinator to own its consolidated spreadsheet reporting. Advanced Excel is a must to be considered for this data manipulation and automation focused role, as is the versatility to work within both Excel (40%) and Google Sheets (60%) collaboration environments. The role will engage regularly with regional teams to find efficiencies, embed global processes and as a supporting resource. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate initiative by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to centralize and automate processes in a period of sustained growth and organizational change as IRM continues on its ambitious revenue growth journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own, maintain and run global monthly consolidation reporting, a macro-automated spreadsheet process with over 100 entities and granular P&L

Roll forward and setup of monthly reporting outputs in Google Sheets: close reporting, business review content, trend reporting and charting

Creation and maintenance of spreadsheet templates and tools to support forecast, budget and multi-year planning

Build interfaces to automate the inclusion of data from multiple source systems (eg, Salesforce, Workday, activity reporting, capex)

Extract financial data from the Onestream system and format into presentable data points as required by leadership
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
-
Significant working experience of applied advanced Excel (must know functions: SUMIFS, INDEX, MATCH & INDIRECT)

5+ years experience working within an FP&A environment; familiarity with P&L and margin analysis.

Ability to extract, cleanse, manipulate and map large volumes of data from a multi-dimensional financial reporting system; navigate a product/function/cost centre/account hierarchy.

Experience rolling up large consolidations, devising checks and tools to systematically isolate and resolve discrepancies

Ability and demonstrated experience business partnering with regional teams

A keen focus on automation and centralization of data collection and reporting output processes
