About the role
As a Director, Field FP&A, you will report directly to the Director, Group FP&A and lead a cross-functional team of strategic business partners across Sales, Supply, Product, Marketing, and Engineering. This role combines financial expertise with business acumen to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will manage a distributed global team across Europe and the US, providing critical financial insights to support both short-term objectives and long-term strategic goals.
In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to translate complex financial analyses into actionable insights that influence key business decisions. Whether it's optimizing resource allocation, guiding investment decisions, or enhancing financial processes, your work will drive both growth and profitability.

Manage a team of 4 FP&A professionals across FRA, ESP, and USA.
Provide coaching and professional development while establishing best practices and standardized processes.
Promote cross-functional collaboration and consistency in analysis methodology.
Partner with executive leadership to create and implement financial plans aligned with company strategy.
Offer financial guidance on strategic initiatives, new market opportunities, and product development.
Support decision-making by assessing the financial impact of strategic alternatives.
Lead the annual budgeting process across multiple departments.
Develop and maintain rolling forecasts with relevant drivers and KPIs.
Build financial models to evaluate business scenarios and market opportunities.
Oversee the development of monthly performance reports with variance analysis.
Create executive dashboards and conduct deep-dive analyses to drive actionable insights.
Lead monthly business reviews to ensure accountability.
Develop headcount plans aligned with company goals.
Monitor headcount variances and report financial impacts.
Collaborate with HR on workforce planning and resource optimization.
Design and implement efficient FP&A processes and controls.
Streamline reporting cycles and promote the use of advanced analytical tools.
Establish standard operating procedures for financial reporting.
What you will bring to Ogury

With a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred), you bring a solid academic foundation to the table.
Your career has seen at least 3 years in an FP&A leadership role, where you've honed your ability to deliver impactful financial insights.
A background in digital marketing, adtech, or technology sectors is strongly preferred, enabling you to apply industry knowledge to strategic decision-making.
Possessing advanced financial modeling and forecasting capabilities, you are adept at analyzing and manipulating data to drive key business outcomes.
You have a keen eye for detail when it comes to financial data and are proficient in using planning software like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan.
Your expert-level Excel skills are complemented by your ability to visualize and present data in a way that informs decision-making and drives results.
A natural communicator, you excel at translating complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
You possess strong business partnering capabilities, especially when engaging with C-level executives.
Your leadership experience extends to team development, where you inspire and mentor others to achieve collective goals.
Your analytical mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving ensure you're always ahead of the curve, focusing on solutions while maintaining a sharp attention to detail.
