What you will do..
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented FP&A Business Partner to support our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role is crucial in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategy for our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and data analysis, preferably within a SaaS B2B environment.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process for the GTM teams.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the GTM leadership team, driving better decision-making.
    • Analyze and report on key financial metrics, including revenue, gross margin, and customer acquisition costs.


    • Business Partnering:
      • Act as the primary finance partner to the Sales and Marketing teams, providing support on financial matters and strategic initiatives.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall company objectives.
      • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions, including scenario analysis and ROI assessments.


      • Reporting & Analysis:
        • Prepare and present regular financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
        • Analyze trends in key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
        • Monitor and report on GTM expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities.


        Job Requirements
        What you should have :

        • Experience:
          • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS B2B company.
        • Technical Skills:
          • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
          • Experience with Netsuite, Tableau, and SQL is highly desirable.
          • Familiarity with budget management tools and financial reporting systems.
        • Analytical Skills:
          • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
          • Excellent financial modeling skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
        • Communication:
          • High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
          • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
        • Personal Attributes:
          • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of GTM processes.
          • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
          • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
