About the position:
Are you an eager finance professional willing to step forward on your career as a Finance Analyst in Kraft Heinz France FP&A Team?
We have an exciting opportunity for a FP&A Analyst France who wants to further develop already strong business partnering skills!
Financial Planning and Analysis ensure that Kraft Heinz makes sound financial decisions. The candidate will work in close partnership with colleagues in Finance, Sales, HR, S&OP, Marketing on planning, reporting and decision support for the range of activities within the finance structure. This position will report to the France FP&A Manager and will work closely key senior business partners across Kraft Heinz France.
In brief, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborate all aspects of monthly reporting processes, P&L closing, forecasting and annual budgeting
- Support with and coordinate cross-functional teams (Accounting, Operations, Commercial Finance, etc.)
- Provide senior business partners with clear insights from business drivers and financial analysis
- Track and monitor department spending against ZBB guidelines and ensure they are in line with budget; identify risks & opportunities and develop action plans
- Implement operational improvements, analytical initiatives, automation and standardization across multiple functions of the business
Qualifications:
- Master Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field
- Excellent command of MS office, especially Excel.
- First experience in Finance preferred, FMCG is a plus
- Excellent English skills. French is a plus.
