Founder's Office

The person will play a crucial role in supporting the founder on strategic initiatives, operations, and special projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, analytical thinker, and highly organized individual capable of handling multiple responsibilities. This role is designed for someone who is excited to work across functions, dive deep into new challenges, and help steer the company towards growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership with the Founder: Work closely with the founder on key strategic initiatives, helping drive growth, operational excellence, and long-term vision.
• High-Level Decision Making: Utilize first-principles thinking to break down complex problems and provide innovative solutions across the business.
• Operational Design & Execution: Design and implement scalable operational frameworks and processes that support growth across sales, marketing, and product development.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with various teams, including product, sales, and technology, ensuring alignment of operational strategy with company goals.
• Risk Management: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, taking bold but calculated risks to propel the business forward.
• Process Optimization: Continuously identify inefficiencies within the organization and implement operational improvements to drive productivity.
• Future Leadership Role: Grow into the Head of Operations role as the company scales, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring organizational agility, and managing key functions across the business.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with high agency who thrives in an ambiguous, dynamic environment and enjoys creating structure out of chaos.
• Risk-Taking Capability: Proven ability to take risks and make bold decisions with a strong sense of accountability.
• First Principles Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve problems from the ground up using first principles.
• Operational Expertise: Experience in building and scaling operational processes in high-growth environments, ideally in advertising technology, SaaS, or digital marketing sectors.
• Leadership Skills: Strong people management and leadership capabilities, with experience in motivating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
• Growth Mindset: Comfortable with evolving responsibilities as the company grows, with a desire to step into a broader leadership role.

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or project management, ideally within a fast-growing technology or advertising company.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with scaling startups or new business units from the ground up.
