Position: Founder’s Associate

What You’ll Do
Partner with the Founders
Work side-by-side with our co-founders in daily activities, including meeting coordination, calendar management, and strategic follow-ups. You’ll have an insider’s view on how decisions are made and the company is run.
Drive Key Projects
Take ownership of special initiatives: from research and analysis to execution. Be the go-to person for cross-functional tasks that support company-wide objectives.
Optimize Operations
Identify process improvements that boost efficiency. Recommend solutions, streamline workflows, and help create a more effective, fast-moving organization.
Communicate & Collaborate
Act as the bridge between the co-founders and internal/external stakeholders. Draft emails, presentations, and agendas while maintaining professionalism and clear communication.
Grow into a Leader
Gain exposure to high-level strategy, finance, product discussions, and more. Develop the skills and insights you’ll need to step into higher-level roles, such as Chief of Staff or even a future C-level position.
