What you’ll be doing:
- You are building Antler’s presence in your local region to attract top tier entrepreneurs.
- Own end to end scouting strategy and execution; sourcing, outreach, prospecting, application review, interview and onboarding
- Focus on expanding our existing network in different regions across Indonesia.
- Support Antler in filling each cohort with exceptional entrepreneurs for our upcoming Antler Indonesia Residency.
- Actively research, source and engage technologists, operators, business strategist, serial entrepreneurs and domain experts.
- Run interviews and work closely with our Indonesia and SEA team to assess incoming founders and teams.
- Collaborate with our Product and Scouting Team on business process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with our Marketing Team on content creation, partnerships, events, and marketing initiatives.
Your background:
- Previous experience in recruiting, founder scout, leads generation or community-building roles.
- Previous experience in venture capital or startup is highly preferred
- Highly self-motivated individual who excels as an independent contributor while effectively collaborating across diverse teams
- Ability to build partnerships with relevant communities/organizations
- Ability to manage cold prospects and build relationships with them
- Full proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Native in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strategic thinking and result-oriented
- Natural people person and fun
- Experience in Hubspot, LinkedIn Recruiter, La Growth Machine and/or any other CRM or marketing automation tools is a big plus point
