As a TA Senior Manager, you will be an instrumental player in an Indonesia-wide recruitment program that is in charge of finding the best talents to join our family and drive Gojek to greater heights. Collaborating with our leads across the country, you will help define staffing needs and enhance the current recruiting plan. More specifically, you will drive the recruiting strategy for the teams in charge of taking our products to market: Operations, Sales, Analytics among many others. You will have ample opportunity to flex and hone in on your interpersonal communication skills, collaborate with super intelligent business stakeholders and represent one of the most coveted brands in Indonesia.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Gojek’s business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions
  • Establish and track OKR to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on hiring trends, challenges, and successes
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and HR partners
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition matters and workforce planning

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
