Key Responsibilities:

  • support with execution of the current process by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Define and implement future strategy after analyzing sales and cost to serve in current process
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end process for drop shipments and exports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Analyze trade data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize trade operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, customer service.
  • Communicates with multiple areas Logistics, Forwarders, customers, Commercial area and trade.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on trade performance and project progress.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with trade and project activities.
  • Ensure compliance with LATAM trade regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to team members on trade and project management best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in trade analysis, project management, and logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of global trade practices and regulations.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management principles and logistics.
  • Awareness of economic trends and their impact on trade.

Skills:

  • Advanced data analysis and interpretation.
  • Effective project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Proficient in using project management and data analysis software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory environments.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
