PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This role deploys and supports UniOps products into focus markets, as prioritised by BG-BU CDIOs. Lands UniOps enabled outcomes on time and within budget, ensuring integration and embedment in the focus market for growth, savings, and operational effectiveness.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Drives Business deployment in the focus market for UniOps, especially focused on landing products prioritised by CDIOs that are common across BUs
  • Leads the planning, execution, and management of digital, data, and ai product deployment.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to define scope, goals, plans and timelines
  • Ensures the successful integration of digital technologies into existing systems and processes.
  • Supports local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation across domains, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement
  • Manages requirements and validation including: local data, systems integration, cross-product integration
  • Accountable for business sign-off and validation
  • Supports focus market change assessment & change management (including process change) for focus country and BU-specific priorities
  • Front line issue management across UniOps products landing in the country

Necessary Experience & Qualifications  

  • In-market engagement/partnering experience of UniOps capabilities across BU’s/marketing teams
  • Technology deployment/run leadership experience
  • Experience of managing the deployment and adoption of Unilever’s digital platforms
  • Experience in working with UniOps central product teams
  • Experience in working with the UniOps service delivery, incident management processes
  • Experience with the UniOps Cyber and Enterprise Architecture processes
  • Knowledge of Unilever AI processes and capabilities
  • Value/benefit generation and Change Management experience
  • Experience with and a track record of working highly effectively in matrix organizations/environments with multiple teams/individuals is very important
  • Very strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels
