Job Title: Foreign Military Analyst, Land and Expeditionary Warfare Analyst
Location: Alexandria
SUMMARY: This position supports numerous DoD acquisitions efforts related to Foreign Military Acquisition (FMA), and Live Fire, as well as providing threat information and intelligence support to various organizations within the National Capitol Area. This position will provide comprehensive FMA and intelligence support to various working groups (including Land Warfare, Air Warfare, Naval Warfare, Chemical/Biological Warfare, Space Warfare, and Information Operations Warfare). This position requires the ability to conduct frequent intelligence briefings and coordinate FMA topics. Provide analytical support to Live Fire AOs focused on system survivability. This position also reviews and provides expert input into critical T&E and intelligence documents including Initial Capabilities Documents, Capabilities Development Documents, Capabilities Production Documents, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, Test Plans, Threat Modules, VOLTS, other threat assessments, and other relevant documents.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of DoD Intelligence Community, Systems Analyst, experience Foreign Military Acquisition (FMA), Land & Expeditionary Warfare and Life Fire Test and Evaluation
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of related experience
- Excellent ability to analyze and document technical Intelligence information.
- Experience in using various intelligence data sources to gather information.
- Excellent briefing skills.
- Experience or understanding of the FMA process.
- Understanding of system survivability.
- Experience in writing or reviewing ICDs, CDDs, CPDs, TEMPs, STARs, MDAP, Threat Modules, VOLTS, and other relevant T&E documents.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Master’s degree in Operational Research, Engineering, National Security Studies’, or other related fields.
- Five plus years of experience working the FMA process.
- Recent experience in working with or for the intelligence community (IC).
- Familiarity with DoD testing process for U.S. weapon systems.
- Experience briefing senior DoD leadership and coordinating & executing meetings.
